    365 Day Return Policy    

  1. Your satisfaction is our success:  Giantnerd offers a 365 day return policy on every item we sell to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
  2. If you want to return: All you have to do is send us the item within 365 days and we’ll refund your order.
  3. How to send the package: All we ask is that you return the item in the same condition in which it arrived, with original packaging intact.  You pay return shipping; but honestly, with a year to get it back to us, there’s no reason to pay for that fancy overnight shipping.  As long as the item is sent to us the same way you received it, we have you covered.
  4. What you need to do: All you need to do is give us a call or send us an email, and we will issue you a return authorization (RMA#).  This email will give you all the information you need for a fast and hassle free return.
  5. When to expect your refund: It generally takes about 3-5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be fully processed.  When it is refunded, you will get an email confirmation.
  6. If the item has damage or is missing original packaging: Items returned that are not in new condition with the original packaging are subject to a restocking fee up to 50% of the purchase price.  The restocking fee is fully dependent on the condition of the item, and we strive to treat every customer and every return fairly, giving the maximum refund to our customers.
  7. What to do for exchanges: The best thing to do is to return your item for a full refund and place a new order at the same time.  Placing the new order now just ensures that the item does not sell out and that you get it quickly.  Otherwise, just send us the item with a not indicating the size that you need, and we got you covered.
